I reserve the right to post commissioned works to my portfolio and social media.

I will not accept commissions with no visual references and incomplete commission forms.

Commissioning me =/= Friendship. Lets keep things professional.

I am based in Northern America, under EST time so please keep this in mind when messaging me.

Please be patient, commission wait time 2-4 weeks depending on my workload/health.

All commission must be paid in __FULL __ upfront.

Payment only through Cashapp or Paypal Invoice in USD.
If payed through Paypal Invoice, Buyer must make up the 3.49% (processing) + $0.49 (transaction) Paypal fees.

Base prices are subject to change (on complexity).

Commissions are non-refundable after the sketch.

Commissions may be refunded 50% during the sketching phase.

Commissions are my primary source of income; Please allow me to draw personal art between commissions so I don't get creatively overwhelemed and grow my platforms. Do not worry because I try my best to give updates every other day !

I work from Monday to Friday, and take breaks during the weekends. However, there are times where I'll work on weekends but please be respectful of my timeframe.

I do not work on US federal holidays.

I take upwards of 3 commission at a time, so commissions might take 1-4 weeks depending on overall workload of commissions, complexity, and commission type

I am most comfortable drawing feminine characters and using saturated, vibrant colors with a cool tone.

You are commissioning me to draw in my style, do not ask me to replicate another.

I will transfigure colors to my default color palette/choice (up-saturate, slight hue change, etc) unless explicitly told otherwise.

Please note, that I am still learning about color theory and dynamic compisition. Feel free to ask me any questions.

Unlimited revisions during sketching phase - No revisions afterwards.

If payment is through Paypal, I will send you a Paypal invoice.

I will send updates on the sketch, lineart, flat colors, and rendering. Please be upfront when something is bothering you as no revisions are allowed after confirmation of the final sketch.

Please attempt to reply to my updates a timely manner. No progress will be made if the client does not respond or confirm my updates.

After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made (such as small coloring mistakes).

I apologize if you are not happy with your commission after completion; But I do not offer refunds as the piece required a lot of input on my end.

Commissions are for personal use only, buyer may not resell for merchandise.

Buyer does not have the right to mint/sell commission as NFT or submission to AI database ; violation will result in blacklist from my commissions.

I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicaly feature the work however I wish.
